You can find us at 858 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
By Subway: Hop on the Broad Street line – It's approximately 2 blocks south of the Girard Street Station & 3 blocks north of the Fairmount Station.
By Uber / Lyft / Rideshare / Taxi: Drop off / pick up is located on Broad Street, next to the venue, immediately south of Poplar Street.
By Bus: Take bus 4 or 16 to the Poplar and Broad Street stop.
By Trolley: Take the Girard Street Trolley to the Girard and Broad Street stop. This stop is approximately 2 blocks north of the venue.

- LOT D: 1406 Melon Street (Opens at 6pm on weeknights regardless of show time (Friday included) and at 4:30pm on weekends)
- VALET: 858 N Broad Street - in front of MET (Opens 1 hour before doors, timing varies based on show)

FAQ
The Met Philadelphia box office is located by the corner of Poplar and Carlisle Streets. The box office is open on show days only, two hours before doors. There is an $8 fee per ticket at the box office.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express payment accepted. Cash not accepted.
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: ALL BAGS OVER 12″x12″x6″ ARE PROHIBITED. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.
VIP Parking Passes will grant you access to Lot A
Garage Parking Passes will grant you access to Lot C
Preferred Parking Passes will grant you access to Lot D
Parking Passes Include City Parking Tax
Lot A opens 1 hour before doors
Lot C opens at 6:00PM
Lot D opens at 6:00PM on weeknights regardless of show time and 4:30PM on weekends
Valet opens one hour before doors, timing varies per show.
***Parking in our lots overnight or on non-show days is not permitted.
The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Most events are all ages. Any age restrictions would be listed on the venue and/or Ticketmaster event page.

We do not allow overnight camping outside of our venue for GA shows. You may begin lining up at 7am on the day your show. If you line up before then, you will be asked to leave. We want to ensure your safety as it is our top priority. Also, please remember to hydrate throughout the day when queuing in the heat!
Re-Entry is not permitted at The Met Philadelphia. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening; you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

The VIP lot is located directly across from the venue on the north facing side of Broad Street. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots.

Yes! We have meals (burgers, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, fries, etc.) and snacks (popcorn, pretzels, candy, etc.) available at The Met Philadelphia. Food can be ordered via QR code on each level of the venue and picked up on the first level of the venue in the lobby. Food can be eaten inside the main hall as well.
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 inches are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
The venue begins hiring in early September. If you are interested in working for the venue please email jobs@themetphilly.com.
The main entrance to the facility is located on Poplar Street. The Premium Ticket entrance is located on Broad Street. All guests using this entrance must have the appropriate VIP level tickets.
The Met Philadelphia will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

If a purchase you made during your visit to The Met Presented by Highmark, including food & beverage or merchandise appears higher than expected, it may be due to a temporary authorization hold. Final charges typically update within 72 hours of your visit.
